Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BattlePlug. By creating an account, connecting TikTok, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BattlePlug.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of BattlePlug. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

The BattlePlug Service

BattlePlug provides tools for TikTok Live Battle communities, including community management, power-up tracking, education, notifications, battle coordination, and analytics. BattlePlug is a coordination tool only. You remain responsible for your decisions, instructions, activity, and interactions on BattlePlug and TikTok.

TikTok and Third-Party Services

BattlePlug is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok. TikTok and other third-party services have their own terms and policies, which also apply when you use them. Their availability, features, data, or permissions may change or be withdrawn. We are not responsible for third-party services or for losses caused by their acts or omissions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use BattlePlug to:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or violate third-party terms;
• harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or impersonate another person;
• send spam, malicious code, or unauthorized automated requests;
• bypass access controls or probe, disrupt, or damage the service;
• reverse engineer or misuse BattlePlug except where the law permits it; or
• use battle commands or community tools to facilitate fraud or harmful conduct.

Communities and User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give BattlePlug a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the rights needed to submit content and invite people to a community. Community creators are responsible for their community's rules and management, but may not override these terms.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Supporter features are currently available without a subscription. Creator features may include a limited free trial followed by a recurring monthly or annual subscription. Prices, billing intervals, trial length, and included features are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before renewal, a paid subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged for the next billing period. You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve BattlePlug, address security or legal requirements, or respond to third-party platform changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, delivery of every notification or command, or any particular battle result.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using BattlePlug at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BattlePlug is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BattlePlug and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to BattlePlug during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as BattlePlug changes. We will post the revised terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practical. Continuing to use BattlePlug after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
